Truck Mounted Tipper
All welded steel construction to spec. ST 37-2, or equivalent.
6 mm plate stiffened on outboard by oblique and horizontal stiffeners 3, 4 and 5 mm thick.
6 mm plate stiffened on outboard by vertical stiffeners 6 mm thick.
8 mm plate mounted on 5 mm thick pressed channel.
6 mm plate with vertical and
4 mm thick plate, for protection of cabin.
Chassis runner is fabricated from box section 150x75x6 thk. The upper frame/floor runner is UPN 150x75 welded to the pressed channels and the floor. The chassis runner is fixed to the chassis by means of side attachment plates which are welded to the frame and bolted to the chassis. Side locators are provided to firmly body runner and chassis runner in the horizontal plane. The upper frame is heavily hinged at the rear with grease nipples.
Made of box section steel structure. Moving joints with provision for greasing are made of high tensile steel shafts and bushes.
Hydraulic system – ‘ HYVA/BINOTTO/PENTA’
Telescopic multi stage hoist single acting, front end mounted European system. Pump is mounted directly to the PTO. (PTO & its control to be provided by the customer).Hydraulic reservoir is mounted on the chassis runner with oil level gauge and return line filter. Operation of the tipping system is pneumatically operated from the driver’s cabin with inbuilt safety mechanism to disengage PTO.
